Saturday Sept 29, 2007 Day Camp

Today's camp took place on a beautiful September afternoon. These children were from the inner city of Houston sponsored by Lupe Flores and Sabina Caballero. Thanks to Bennie Hasha's family, CFBC students, the Barrett/Davenport SS Class and many other volunteers from CFBC!

Saturday Sept 22, 2007 Day Camp

Today we had 190 children, youth, and adult volunteers attend camp on a hot, but slightly cooler Saturday! Children from the 5th Ward in Houston enjoyed the many camp acitivies, chapel, and of course our famous gourmet hot dog lunch.

Thank you to the numerous volunteers and youth who helped give these kids a memory they won't soon forget! You've made an impact that will be with these children for eternity.

Saturday Sept 15 Day Camp

Today was our first Saturday Day Camp of the fall season. Children from Southwest Houston attended the camp and enjoyed fishing, horseback riding, arts and crafts, face painting, paddleboats, archery, hay rides, storytime, chapel, and a gourmet hot dog lunch.

A special thanks to all of the adult and youth volunteers who gave of their time on a hot September afternoon. You have helped reach out and change the lives of children from your own back yard.
