Gospel Lakes Ranch has just wrapped up our busy summer of new adventures! With in these "new adventures", Gospel Lakes Ranch opened its doors this summer to an all new program of a 3 day/2 night camp experience for the inner-city children of Houston! These camps gave Gospel Lakes more time to develope relationships with these children and to help them better understand our amazing God. We were able to give these kids a break from the inner-city life and allow them the opportunity to spend 3 days enjoying our regular saturday activities like paddle boating, archery, BB's, horse back riding, and various sports, as well as new activities like large group games, camp fire and s'mores, movie night under the stars, and four chapel sessions! These kids were able to take their camp experience further than camp games and were able to connect with Jesus Christ in a new way. These kids were able to explain how Jesus changed their lives and what they wanted to do differently when they got home to better serve our Lord. This was an amazing summer! With such an awesome summer behind us we are excited for and are all geared up for Fall saturday day camps. Our fall day camps will commence on September 29th and will continue on saturdays through Novemeber 17th. We are excited to continue building relationships with these children and look forward to spending our Saturdays ministering to them... But we can't do it on our own! Gospel Lakes Ranch would love if you were able to spend a Saturday (or seven!) with us ministering to kids through face paint, sports, horses, paddel boats, and fishing. Our saturdays are high energy and tons of fun! November 6th, 2010

What a pleasant and fun filled day at camp today! The blue sky and green grass just poured out God's blessings over us. We had some awe struck kids at camp who could not get enough of this amazing place!

Today God gave us 84 kids and 17 adults from the inner city of Houston. We also had 48 adult/youth volunteers from all over. Out of the kids and adults from Houston who were presented with the Gospel, 19 gave professions of faith in Jesus Christ for the first time! Our Lord in Heaven is so faithful to us!

Thank you so much to all the wonderful volunteers who helped us reach out to these children today. You are all incredible blessings from God in the lives of so many kids. Keep Gospel Lakes in your prayers as we conclude our camp season next weekend.

Gospel Lakes - Oct. 23th, 2010

It was a great day camp at Gospel Lakes! We had so many churches join us in reaching out to kids today! The sky was overcast just enough to keep us cool as we enjoyed God's great outdoors.

God gave us 89 kids and 11 adults from the inner city, and 53 adult/youth volunteers. A young girl even gave a Profession of Faith! How wondrous is He!

We want to extend a huge thank you to all of our volunteers today who helped minister to these children. Keep praying for God's blessings upon Gospel Lakes and salvations a plenty!

Gospel Lakes - Oct. 16th, 2010

Today was a fantastic day camp at Gospel Lakes Ranch! Yet again, God has granted us some marvelous weather. The sky was blue and the smiles were plentiful today. Our volunteers were so focused on the kids and what a great job they did!

God brought us 92 kids and 17 adults from the inner city, and 65 adult/youth volunteers! Of the 109 people from the inner city we ministered to, 34 kids and 6 adults gave Professions of Faith! He moves in such miraculous ways!

Thank you to all of our exemplary volunteers today. You all made a powerful and strong impact the hearts of these children. Keep praying for God's salvation to pour over our planet and Gospel Lakes!

Gospel Lakes - Oct. 9th, 2010

We had an absolutely great time at camp today! Another gorgeous day full of smiles and fun. There were some fantastic volunteers today too!

God sent 85 kids and 11 adults from the inner city, and 77 adult/youth volunteers. Out of the 85 kids, 42 accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior!

Thank you everyone who came out and participated in ministering to all these kids. Remember to keep praying for God's blessing on Gospel Lakes and everyone involved with the Saturday Camps!

We had an awesome day! It was such a gorgeous day and we had some great volunteers who were so hungry to serve!

God provided 66 kids and 46 adults & volunteers!! Out of the 66 children, 17 accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior! (Special thanks to Scott Mittelstedt who did an amazing job in the Chapel today!)

Thank you to everyone who partnered with us in touching the lives of all these kids!

Wow! What an incredible camp we had today! It was such a beautiful day and our volunteers were so willing and full of spirit!

God provided 214 kids and 166 adults & volunteers!! Out of the 214 children, 83 accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior! Praise God for his message of salvation!

We thank everyone who came out and participated in ministering to these kids and forever impacting their lives.
