There is no other place like Gospel Lakes. I have been in ministry for more than twenty-five years. I have done plant churches and know what it is like to build from the ground up. Gospel Lakes offers a place where a church with little budget for outreach can make a big impact on a large number of people.
For the past five years I have been involved in children’s ministry. Gospel Lakes is the perfect place to train our next generation of leaders to reach out and win the loss for Christ. If we really believe that Jesus is coming back soon, we need to get busy, TODAY.
If your church is in the East Texas area, you have a great ministry in your back yard. You need to step up and take advantage of this great tool that God has given us. Many churches spend thousands of dollars going to far away countries to try to reach the lost and forget about the great harvest field in their own back yard. We need to open our eyes and hearts in our own areas and reach them first. I can think of no greater ministry to support than Gospel Lakes.
Maybe some day we will have a Gospel Lakes a little closer to our church in Colorado.
