Today we hosted our first camp for the Waco Housing Authority. Two charter buses brought a wonderful group of kids and adults from Waco to enjoy Gospel Lakes and a Sidewalk Sunday School presentation, just like the one utilized in the inner city of Houston. Everyone got to enjoy all the normal camp activies, and a fun filled presentation of the Gospel with games and prizes.
A heartfelt thanks to Morris and all the volunteers from Champion Forest Baptist and Tomball Bible Church, and to all the youth volunteers from the same churches. The rain held off and allowed a fantastic afternoon of fellowship.
